Bigg Boss Season 17 reorganised the house around three competing ideas – Dil, Dimaag and Dum. Contestants were assigned to different makaan, and the divisions affected nominations, privileges and the way Bigg Boss interacted with them. The season combined established television names, digital creators, a journalist, musicians and late wildcard entrants, producing a game that regularly shifted between personal relationships and strategy.
Munawar Faruqui won the season on 28 January 2024, with Abhishek Kumar finishing as first runner-up. Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande and Arun Mashettey completed the top five. Salman Khan hosted the 105-day edition, which streamed alongside its Colors TV broadcast on JioCinema.
